Station Casinos - The Local's Favorite

Las Vegas celebrates 120 years. That’s 120 years of neon dreams, late nights, big bets, and bigger personalities. And since the 70’s, Station Casinos has been here—homegrown, fiercely local, and proud to be part of the city’s ever-evolving story.

In 1976, Frank Fertitta Jr., founded The Casino, which became Bingo Palace and ultimately Palace Station, laying the foundation for what would become Station Casinos, a company built to be the main attraction for Vegas locals. It was created for the people who live here—those who work and raise families in the Valley. While the Strip grabbed headlines, Station Casinos built something different: neighborhood hubs with great food, loose slots, comfortable rooms, and the kind of service only locals understand. A place where our Team Members know your name, and your drink order.
Fast forward to today, Station Casinos operates some of the most iconic off-Strip properties in the city—Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch, Sunset Station, and the newly opened Durango Casino & Resort. Each property is unique, but what makes them the most unique is the people who work here, the Team Members that make the magic happen. After all these years, the mission has never changed: make every local feel special without needing to leave their neighborhood.
These are our roots, Station Casinos remains proudly raised in Las Vegas, giving back
